On site features and amenities are a main component of our building.  The grounds are beautifully landscaped an maintained.  There is a covered patio with comfortable seating, a tree shaded private reading or relaxing area, and a luxurious outdoor heated pool with lounges, chairs and umbrellas.
There is a fully equipped laundry room with convenient, nearby service elevator, a comfortable lounge with large screen TV and DVD.  The lounge includes a full kitchen available to residents for private use for parties or meetings.

There is an exercise room equipped with treadmills, Sci Fit and regular exercise bicycles, weight stack machine with multiple stations. free weights, lavatories, and of course a television.

Other amenities also include a self-contained recreational library for resident use, self locking storage area for each apartment, and an in-residence superintendent and assistant superintendent - 24/7 maintenance coverage.

 

The Whitehall has 24/7 Front desk concierge service, to assist residents with packages and groceries, carts for transporting groceries to individual apartments, barbeque facilities in season, Ample parking for residents and guests, insulated windows that open inward for easy cleaning, immaculate, well maintained common areas, new elevators, and fitness center.

In addition to the spectacular features of the complex itself, all stockholders are welcome to get involved, join a committee, enjoy the activities and make full use of the Whitehall's amenities

The Whitehall, d/b/a 280 Prospect Avenue Corporation, is financially sound

Our maintenance fee includes real estate taxes, water, heat, air conditioning, pool, fitness center and many other amenities.

The Board of Directors and our Management Company are constantly monitoring the maintenance of the property to insure that all work, as well as any  needed construction, repairs or remodeling is performed in a timely basis.
