Previously the Whitehall had required new purchasers to place a minimum of 50% down when buying a unit. In late 2010 the shareholders voted to decrease the down payment requirement to only 30 per cent. A new purchaser can now have a mortgage of up to 70% of the purchase price. This easing of our admission requirements is already in effect. (January 2011)
